The Rabbi Sacks Legacy

Mission to Israel 2026

Dates: Thursday afternoon, November 5, 2026 to Monday evening, November 9, 2026
Accommodation: Inbal Hotel, Jerusalem

The Rabbi Sacks Legacy is honored to invite a select group of friends and supporters to join us in Israel for a mission in memory of Rabbi Lord Jonathan Sacks zt”l.

This special program will offer rare access to the scholars, institutions, and emerging leaders carrying Rabbi Sacks’ teachings forward in Israel and beyond.

The mission will culminate at Bar-Ilan University with the presentation of the Jonathan Sacks Institute Prize, awarded this year to Dr. Deborah Lipstadt, former United States Special Envoy for Monitoring and Combating Antisemitism.

  • Visits to high schools and mechinot engaging with Rabbi Sacks’ ideas, offering Mission participants a firsthand look at how his teachings are shaping the next generation of Israeli students and leaders.
  • Interactive study at the Noé Scholars Yom Limmud, with learning tailored to the Mission participants by the Jonathan Sacks Institute’s leading scholars.
  • A private meeting and Q&A with Dr. Deborah Lipstadt.
